Ecommerce gift cards contain a gift code assigned by the store using which your customers can redeem the card’s value. The code can be added on the checkout page while making the payment. You may issue a gift card to a particular customer.

How to issue a gift card ?

1. In the Gift Cards menu, click on Issue Gift Card sub menu.
2. In the Gift Card Details section, generate a coupon by clicking on the refresh icon.

3. Enter the Denomination.

   

4. In the Find Customer section, choose the customer email id from the drop down.
5. In the Expiration Days section, Choose No Expiration if there is no expiration for your gift card. Choose Expiration days and mention the number of days.
6. In the Message section, enter a special message you would like to send to your customer.
7. Finally click on the Issue Card button.

8. It gets added to the Purchased Gift Card list. Go to Gift Cards→Purchased Gift Cards to view the issued gift card. Click on the eye icon to view the details.
