Referral Program
A Referral Program rewards existing customers for referring new customers to the online store. In a typical referral program, customers receive a unique referral link or code that they can share with friends, and family, or through social media. When someone uses that referral link or code to make a purchase, both the referring customer and the new customer receive a reward.
Customizing Referral Program Settings from the Admin Side

Navigate to the Loyalty Program menu in the dashboard.

Click on the Referral Program sub-menu.

Enter the number of Customer Reward Points(Referrer points) and Friends Reward Points (Referee points) in the designated fields.
Note:

The Referee must be a new customer.

Reward points are added to both the referrer and their referred friend’s accounts once the friend completes sign-up, places their first order, and the placed order is successfully fulfilled.

Find and configure the store signup link along with the referral code Format for the referral program in the Settings section.
Note: Account signup and first-order points for referral customers are not provided to prevent fraudulent activities.

After making the necessary customizations, click on the Save button to implement the changes.
Customizing Referral Program Settings from Storefront Side

Go to the homepage of the store and click on Rewards.

Navigate to the section for the Refer & Earn Program.

Obtain the Referral Link and send it to a friend to sign up using this referral link, along with the referral code.

Once the referee places and completes the order, Reward Points are credited to both the referee and referrer accounts. To view the points earned through referrals, go to My Rewards and click on Points History/Referral History.
