When you create an account with ZenBasket, you will automatically receive the Free plan. You can then choose to upgrade your account or switch to a different plan at any time from the Billing and Plans page in your ZenBasket admin.
ZenBasket offers four different plan types: the 14-day Free Trial plan, as well as three paid plans: Basic, Standard, Premium and Unlimited. These plans differ in price and available features. You can review the full list of ZenBasket plans and features on the ZenBasket website. You can choose to subscribe to ZenBasket on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your needs and budget.
To change your subscription plans,

Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and choose My Account and choose Billing and Plans.

The subscribed Plans page displays the Active plan and the expired plans.

To change the plan, click on the Change Plan button. Choose the required plan as per your choice and proceed with the payment. The

If you try to downgrade to a lower plan, a warning message will pop up informing you that you cannot downgrade because your store is currently using features that are not available in the lower plan. In order to downgrade, you will need to disable or remove the features that are not included in the lower plan so that your store matches the feature set of the lower plan. Once you have made the necessary changes, you should be able to downgrade your plan to a lower level.

Click on the “Enable Auto Renewal” button to allow your subscription to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted service and saving you the hassle of manually renewing each time.
