SMS Marketing

SMS Marketing is the practice of sending promotional or informational messages via SMS to reach a large audience quickly, engage customers, drive sales, and enhance communication.

  1. Click on the Plugin menu and Select the Plugin List sub-menu

  2. In the Plugins List, choose Marketing from the list of plugins, and then select SMS Marketing or search for SMS Marketing in the search bar.

  3. Click on the Activate button to configure SMS Marketing.

  4. Click on the SMS Marketing menu and Select the Campaign sub-menu.

  5. The Campaign section displays information like Campaign Name, Creation Date, Send Date, Credits Used, Status, and Actions. You can select the language by clicking the drop-down arrow. You can use the Filter icon to filter the list based on the campaign status, custom date, and created date. Additionally, you can use the Sort Campaign icon to sort the list in accordance with the provided options.

  6. To get started, select the +Create Campaign button, and within the General Section, enter the necessary information in the Campaign Information and the Sent To field.

  7. The credit details will indicate that the cost of a single SMS may vary depending on the settings. When selecting the customer, the remaining credits will adjust accordingly.

  8. In the Select Language section, select the message language, and in the Select Template section, choose from the existing templates in the drop-down menu or use the Search Bar. This will display the content associated with that template below.

  9. Simply click the Edit button, and then, based on the template, modify the Offer Percentage and the Store Link fields. Some templates have both of the above fields, while others have only one. After making the necessary changes, click the Save button.

  10. In the Review Section, you have the option to review all the details you’ve entered in the General Section.

  11. When you click the Send Campaign option, the Save as Draft button will be updated to Save.

  12. If you’d like to send a sample message to someone, simply click the Test SMS button. Enter the registered mobile number, and then click the Send button. The SMS will be sent successfully.

  13. To track the campaign, go to the SMS Marketing menu and choose the Tracking submenu, the SMS tracking page displays the Campaign Name, Sent Date, and available Actions.

  14. In the Actions section, clicking on the View icon allows you to view details such as Revenue, Credits Charged, and Sent Rate.

  15. Additionally, you can access tabs like All, Sent, Failed, Viewed Product(s), Checkout Started, Placed Order(s), Cancelled Order(s) and Refunded Order(s). Using the Search bar, you may search for a specific customer.

  16. Moreover, you can access the Messages We Sent section and utilize the graph feature for analytics.
