Loyalty Setup

Start by accessing the Loyalty Program menu and selecting the Loyalty Setup sub-menu from the dashboard.

The loyalty setup consists of two sections:

  • Points Expiry Settings

  • Customize Order Reward Settings

Points Expiry Settings

Expiration Setup

Set the Points Expiration Period and if you enable Manual Days by toggling the switch then enter the Expiration Days in this section.

Note: Points will expire based on the earned date.

Reactivation Mail

Specify the number of days before the points expire when the reactivation mail should be sent. Also, input the timing for the Last Chance Email before the expiry date. Notification emails will be sent as per the provided timeline from the expiration date.

Customize Order Reward Settings

Customize the following options based on your preferences by selecting the appropriate checkboxes:

  • Exclude Points for Shipping (Online Only): Customers earn points based on the order total amount excluding shipping charges.

  • Exclude Points for Tax: Points are earned based on the order total amount without including tax.

  • Do Not Reward Points on Discounted Orders: Points will not be awarded for orders where discounts are applied.

  • Do Not Reward Points in Gift Card Applied Orders: Points will not be earned for orders where gift cards are used.

Once all the necessary configurations have been set, click on the Update button to proceed.
