JivoChat Signup Process

Click on Sign Up for Free to begin the registration process.

Provide your email address, create a password, and click on Continue to proceed.

Enter the name you want displayed in the chat, set up your avatar, and customize themes as desired.

Customize your proactive invitation message or choose to create your own by selecting “Other.”

Fill in all necessary fields with the appropriate information and then click “Continue.”

Select a plan that suits your needs for using JivoChat services.

If you wish to use the JivoChat software, download it according to your system requirements. Alternatively, click on I’ll Install Later.

Copy the widget id (code after /widget ) provided in the designated field, then click on Complete Signup. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation code via the email you provided.
How to get a widget ID?
To retrieve a widget ID in the future if it’s lost, you can follow these steps:

Navigate to the Manage section,

Select Channels and then click on Settings

Under Installation, copy the code provided and paste it into your store plugin.
This setup will enable seamless interaction between administrators and customers, enhancing the overall customer experience on your website.
Configure JivoChat on ZenBasket

Go to the ZenBasket dashboard.

Select Plugins and search for “JivoChat” under third-party plugins.

Enable the toggle for the JivoChat plugin and paste the copied widget code

Click Save.
Activate JivoChat on Your Storefront

After pasting the widget ID, open your storefront.

The JivoChat box will now appear, allowing customers to enter their queries.

Any questions entered by customers will be displayed in the Contact Center of the JivoChat website.

Admins can respond to these queries from the Contact Center.
