Mail Logs

Email notifications are email messages that are automatically sent to the customer from the store so they don’t miss important information or activity that’s taking place in the app. For example, emails are sent after they have successfully placed an order, the order is shipped, the order is delivered, etc.

Now the Mail log gives information about the mails sent and the status of the mail.

How to view the Mail Logs?

1. In the Logs menu, Select the Mail Logs Sub-menu. It shows the list of all mails sent from the store with details like Name, recipient, Status and Time.

   

2. Click on the filter icon to filter the list based on a time period, Recipient’s Name, recipient mail id, Status.
