Loyalty Reports
When accessing the dashboard, navigate to the Loyalty Reports sub-menu under the Loyalty Program menu.
Information Included in Loyalty Reports

Number of Loyal Customers: You can add more customers as loyal customers, access their loyalty history, and adjust their points balance as necessary.

Total Points Earned: The sum of all points accumulated by customers through various activities for a particular period.

Total Points Redeemed: The aggregate of points utilized by customers for benefits or rewards during the period.
You can search for a Specific Day’s Report by selecting the desired time period from the dropdown menu provided.
Points History
The Points History section presents detailed information including:

Customer name
-
Status (Earned or Redeemed)
-
Date of action
-
Points used
-
Activity made (e.g., Placing an order, Purchasing a gift card, Incremented or decremented by admin, etc.)
Referral History
Additionally, this section displays the Referral History for comprehensive insights into customer activities and engagement with the loyalty program.
Adding a Loyal Customer
To add a customer as a loyal customer, follow these steps:

Navigate to the User-Management Menu and select the Customers sub-menu.

Click on the Edit icon for the respective customer for whom you want to enable loyalty status.

In the Permission section under the General Information tab, toggle the Loyalty option to enable it.Click Save.
Accessing Loyalty Customer History and Adjusting Points
After making the customer a loyal customer, go to the Actions Field and click on More Actions. Then select Loyal History
This will display the customer’s earning points, redeemed points, referral activity, and their points program data.
To modify the Customer’s Points Balance, follow the same process of making the customer a loyal customer, then click on more actions and select Adjust Points.
Enter the Customer’s Balance Points, the Adjustment Type (Increment or Decrement), and the Reason for the Adjustment.
Finally, click Apply Points to save the changes.
