EasyShip is a versatile shipping solution that can be integrated as a third-party plugin into the ZenBasket Dashboard. With EasyShip, users can access a vast network of global courier services, including major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL, as well as regional and local options. The plugin automates tasks such as generating shipping labels, calculating accurate shipping rates based on package dimensions and destination, and providing real-time tracking updates for shipments.
By integrating EasyShip into the ZenBasket Dashboard, online merchants can enhance their order fulfillment capabilities and provide an efficient shipping experience to their customers.
How to get an API key?

Access the Easyship
signup page here.

Complete the signup form with the required information and click on Get Started.

Fill in all details after registration and proceed by clicking Next.

Enter your company information and click Next to move forward.

Provide your shipping address, click “Next,” and then select Finish Setup to finalize the signup process.

Once registration is completed, the API will direct you to the Easyship UI page. Click on New Integration under the Connect section in the menu bar.

Proceed by clicking on API Integration.

Choose the integration type and input the company name.

You will receive access tokens for both production and sandbox environments.

Click on Courier in the menu and choose the preferred courier options.

Connect your courier account for shipment to other countries.
How to enable EasyShip in ZenBasket?

Navigate to the Plugin Menu, go to the ZenBasket Dashboard and click on the Plugins menu. Search for EasyShip in the third-party plugins section.

Once found, enable the toggle for EasyShip and click on the settings icon provided.

Copy-paste the API key from the EasyShip website into the designated field.

After pasting the API key, click on the Save button to apply the settings.
Creating Orders in EasyShip Services:
Ready for Shipping Tab:

In the EasyShip services within the orders menu, navigate to the Ready for Shipping tab. Here, all the packed orders are displayed, including Order ID, Customer Name, Ordered Date, Payment Mode, and Total Amount.

Under actions, you can click on the “eye” icon to view the order details and click the “+” icon to create an order.

Provide Package Information such as Weight, Length, Height, Width, Dimension & Weight Unit, select the category, enter product description, and then click Request Rates.

Based on the rates, choose the appropriate shipping type. After selecting the shipping type, click on Create to proceed.
EasyShip Orders Tab:

All orders created will be visible in the EasyShip Orders tab. It includes Order ID, Customer Name, Date, Status (e.g., Pending, Created, Label Ready, Handed over to courier), Total Amount, Tracking ID, and Actions.

Under actions, you can click on the “eye” icon to view the shipment, use refresh to get updated shipment status, ‘+’ icon to create a packing slip, and “print” icon to view the packing slip.

You can also perform more actions such as printing an invoice, tracking the shipment, modifying the shipment status manually from “Label Ready” to “Handed Over to Courier,” or canceling the shipment.
Note: The shipment status should be in ‘Label Ready’ to mark it as handed over. Additionally, you can use the search option and filter box to find specific orders efficiently.
