A customer may request for a return of a product(s) for many reasons. The most common valid reasons for returns include receiving an incorrect size or product, receiving a product that doesn’t match the description, receiving a product that doesn’t meet expectations, making returns during the holiday season, and receiving a damaged product.

ZenBasket allows you(store owner) to view and process the return requests.

How to view and process return requests?

  1. In the Orders menu, click on the Return Requests.

  2. A list of all return requests for orders are listed in the table. Details like Return Id, Order Id, Date, Customer Name, Product Name, Status and Date are displayed.
  3. Click on the view icon to view the order in detail. It navigates you to the order page.
  4. Click on the filter icon to filter the list based on Status and custom date. Status include Automatic return, Declined, Pending, Approved and Returned.

  5. On clicking view, on the single order page, the list of return requested products are listed.

  6. Click on the down arrow near each product to change the Return Status. You can either approve or decline the request. Change the status to Return to initiate the return process.

  7. Click on the refresh icon to restore the stock for the product.
