Online reviews impact the sales of your products a lot. Positive reviews can drive sales and can have a lot of effect on how customers view your products. ZenBasket lets customers give reviews on delivered products. The store owner can view these reviews, enable or disable them or even approve or disapprove them. These reviews impact the star ratings for a product that is displayed in the product listing on the product page.
How to view reviews?

In the Products menu, choose the Reviews sub-menu.

A list of all product reviews is displayed with details like Customer name, ratings, created date, availability, product name, etc.

Enable the Publish toggle if you want the reviews to be displayed in the product listing. Disable to hide the reviews in the storefront.

Click on the eye icon to view the reviews in detail.
