Email templates can be used for promotional campaigns, order confirmation and shipping updates. It provides pre-designed templates and customization options to create professional-looking emails for various purposes. With this, you can streamline your mail marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.

How to create an email template?

  1. In the Email Marketing menu, select the Email Templates sub menu.

  2. A list of Default templates is available. Click on the Preview icon to Preview it before selecting the template.

  3. Select any one of the available pre-designed templates and click on Create Template.

  4. On the add custom template page you can make changes by using the customizable tool options.

  5. Click on Undo and Redo to make needed changes.

  6. Once done click on Preview.

  7. On the preview display click on Desktop View or Tablet View or Mobile View to view it accordingly.

  8. Then enter the Template Name in the required field and click on Create. Your customized email template gets created successfully and gets listed on the Customized Tab.

  9. You can search for a template using the template name.

How to edit/ delete customized email templates?

  1. In the Email Marketing menu, select the Email Templates sub menu.

  2. Go to the Customized tab, click on Edit in any one of the available customized templates and make changes using the available customizable tool options.

  3. Click on Undo and Redo to make needed changes.

  4. Once done click on Preview.

  5. And click on Update. All the changes made will get updated in the selected template.

  6. Click on Delete to delete that certain template.
