Buy X Get Y Buy X get Y promotions can motivate new customers to buy your products and act as a reward for loyal customers.

Order

Routing The shortest route between your warehouse and the delivery address is not always the best, it may be filled with traffic. So ZenBasket integrates with five different routings such as Optimoroute, Roadwarrior, Route4me, and Speedy Route to map the best route to deliver the product.

Return Request Enable this plugin to allow customers to return products if they are not satisfied with the product or in case of damaged products.

Plugin

SMS Authentication SMS Authentication is a kind of identity proof often used for two-factor authentication (2FA) or multi-factor authentication (MFA). In SMS authentication, the user provides a code that has been sent to their phone via SMS as proof of their identity. In theory, SMS authentication provides a second identity factor.

Payment

While setting up an online store to receive payments, multiple payment options allow your customer to experience an easy checkout process. ZenBasket allows you to choose “Cash on Delivery” along with payment gateways.

Shipping

The speed and cost of shipping is an essential factor that affects customers’ purchasing decisions. So it is very important for an online store to choose the best shipping strategy possible. Shipping settings help the store owner to create as many delivery methods and pick-up methods as required. Local delivery allows customers to buy products online and have the store deliver them straight to their doorstep. It allows you to add certain extra sub-menus to the Product menu of the ZenBasket admin panel.

Category Customization

This plugin is used to enable & disable category sorting for product categories.

Product Bulk Edit

This plugin lets you edit more than one product in your store at the same time.

Product Specification

Product Specification provides all the information and details of your product on your ecommerce site. For example, Tshirt can have specifications like fabric and sleeve and specification values can be cotton and short sleeve or full sleeve respectively.

Recently Viewed Products

A list of products that the customer has viewed are displayed inorder to remind them of their shopping history.

Related products are recommendations in addition to an item a customer is currently viewing.

Readymade Products

Modifiers

ZenBasket uses Google Distance Matrix API to calculate shipping rates based on the distance between the store and the delivery address.

POS

POS helps the customer to execute the payments for goods and services. You can integrate your Square POS to allow your customers to place orders and reservations and pay bills electronically.

Notifications

A notification could be a message, email, icon, or another symbol that alerts you to something new that has happened so you don’t miss anything that might be worth your attention and appears whether you are using an application or not. ZenBasket uses a plug-in Twilio that helps send notifications.

Analytics

An online store needs to access or export informative reports that help understand sales patterns and customer behavior for consistent growth impact. ZenBasket connects the store with powerful Google Analytics services to access page view rate, customer view rate per day, Page visitors rate per week, and mobile view rate for every day.

Payment

To check out the order, the customer has to provide the card details or the UPI information to pay the respective amount for purchasing the product. A payment gateway collects the customer’s card information and encrypts it for further payment procedures. While setting up an online store to receive payments, you can choose payment Cash on Delivery or “Square, Razorpay, Stripe, Paypal and Authorize.net.
