Shiprocket
Shiprocket is a logistics platform that simplifies shipping and delivery for businesses. It offers tools for order management, shipment tracking, and access to various courier services, optimizing shipping operations.
Integrating Shiprocket with ZenBasket enhances store efficiency and provides a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery. This integration ensures easy order management, real-time shipment tracking, and access to multiple courier options, boosting customer satisfaction while offering cost-effective solutions and dedicated support.
How to Get the Access Key for Shiprocket Integration?

Start by visiting the Shiprocket Signup.

You can choose a signup method using Google, Shopify, or WhatsApp or manually enter your details such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Email ID, and Password.

Select your monthly shipping volume from the dropdown, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click Sign up for Free to complete the registration.

Enter your phone number for verification and click Send Verification Code. Once you receive the code, enter it to verify your account.

After verification, select the Express Parcel option to proceed with setting up your delivery preferences.

In the Let’s Get Your Shipping Journey Started section, complete the following steps:
- Step 1: Choose what best describes the current stage of your business by selecting either “I’m just starting my online business” or “I already have an established online business.
- Step 2: Indicate where you plan to sell online by selecting one of the three options: Website/online store, E-commerce platform (like Amazon, Flipkart), or Social Media (Instagram, Facebook), then click Next.
- Step 3: Check the box for I have a custom website, enter your ZenBasket URL, and click Continue to successfully create your account with Shiprocket.

Click on the Settings menu and select Additional Settings

In the Additional Settings, choose API Users to add API users and start using Shiprocket’s external APIs.

In the API Users section, click on + Add New API User, enter the new email ID and password, and then click Create User.

The API user is created successfully. You can now add or update API users, reset their passwords, or make users active or inactive.
How to Enable Shiprocket in ZenBasket?

Click on the Plugins menu and select the Plugins List submenu.

In the Plugins List, choose Shipping from the list of plugins, and then select Shiprocket or search for Shiprocket in the search bar.

Click on the Activate button to configure Shiprocket. Enter the email ID and password used to create the API user in Shiprocket, then click Save. Shiprocket is now successfully activated.
Creating Orders in Shiprocket Services
Ready for Shipping Tab

In the Orders menu, go to Shiprocket Services and select the Ready for Shipping tab, where all Packed orders are displayed, including details like Order ID, Customer Name, Order Date, Location, Payment Mode, and Total Amount.

Under Actions, click the + icon to create Shiprocket services.

In the Add Shipping Method dialog box, enter dimensions such as Length, Breadth, and Height in centimeters.
Note: Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula (length x breadth x height)/5000 and should not exceed 1000 kg.

Choose the shipment type—either domestic or international. For international shipments, complete any additional documentation on the Shiprocket website.
Note: An HS code is mandatory for some countries on international shipments

In the Weight & Pickup Location section, enter the package weight in kilograms and select the pickup location from the dropdown menu. Then, click Next to select a courier service.
Note: Ensure your Shiprocket wallet has sufficient funds before shipment creation. A courier service cannot be assigned if there is an insufficient balance or the service is unavailable. In such cases, please cancel the current shipment and create a new one once funds are available.

Under Select Courier Service, choose Shiprocket and click Save to confirm the shipping method.

Click on the Filter icon to filter the packed orders by payment mode, custom date, and location, and use the Search bar to find the specific orders.
Shiprocket Orders

Once Shiprocket picks up the orders, they will be visible in the Shiprocket Orders tab, where the orders are displayed with details such as Order ID, Customer Name, Shipment Date, Status (Pickup Generated, Canceled, Shipped, etc.), Payment Mode, Total Amount, and Actions.

Under Actions, click the View icon to view the shipment details, or click the Refresh icon to see the current status of the shipment. Click the Track icon to track the orders.

Click on More Actions You can perform three actions: click Print Label to print the label for an order, click Print Manifest to view the list of all items in a shipment, or click Cancel Shipment to cancel the shipment.

Use the Filter icon to filter the shipments by payment mode and custom date and use the Search bar to find the specific shipments.
