Products Import Status

ZenBasket uses Import functionalities for bulk downloads of data. Data includes product, order, or customer information that can either be uploaded from the computer to the ZenBasket store or from the ZenBasket store to the local drive in the computer. This information is uploaded in the form of an Excel file.

Now the Products Import Status gives information about the module with the date and time the data was imported.

How to View the Import Logs?

  1. In the Dashboard menu, select the Products Import Status report. Click on the Import Logs tab. It shows the list of all imported data with details like Module Name, Description, Date, Time of Import, and Actions etc.

  2. If any errors are found, click the Actions icon to review them.

  3. Click on the **Filter icon to filter the list based on a period by mentioning the start and end date.

  4. By default, only products will be displayed in the search bar.

    Note: Upon refreshing, all logs will be displayed. You can search for logs using the Module Name.
