When a customer adds a product to the cart but doesn’t complete the checkout process, the abandoned cart details are added to the list of Abandoned Carts. The admin can view the abandoned cart details and send catchy offers to persuade and convert the customers. A store owner can boost the store’s revenue and profit by following up with a customer and encouraging them to complete their purchase by recovering the abandoned carts.

To view the Abandoned cart details,

  1. In the Orders menu, Choose the Abandoned Carts sub-menu to view the list of all Users along with details like Customer Name, Email id, Contact number, and Item count.

  2. Enter the User name in the search bar and click the search icon to search for a single user’s details.

  3. Click on the eye icon to view the Abandoned cart details. It displays the Abandoned cart items, User details and the total amount of the order.

  4. Click on the Send Email button to send the notification mail to the user to give a nudge to proceed with the purchase.
