Abandoned Cart
When a customer adds a product to the cart but doesn’t complete the checkout process, the abandoned cart details are added to the list of Abandoned Cart. A store owner can boost the store’s revenue and profit by following up with a customer and encouraging them to complete their purchase by recovering the abandoned cart.
How to View the Abandoned Cart Details?

In the Orders menu, Choose the Abandoned Cart sub-menu to view the list of all users along with details like Customer Name, Email id, Contact Number, and Item Count.

Enter the User Name in the search bar and click the Search icon to search for a single user’s details.

Click on the View icon to view the Abandoned Cart Details. It displays the Abandoned Cart Items, User Details, and the Total Amount of the Order.

Click on the Send Email button to send the notification mail to the user to nudge to proceed with the purchase.
Note: When a customer adds products to the cart, the products will be automatically deleted from the cart by the admin after 3 months from the date of addition.

Click on the Export icon. A pop-up page will appear with options. Choose any option and click Start Export to download the data as an excel sheet for future reference.
