Upload images with a minimum resolution of 400 px width & 400 px height.

Tips while uploading images

5. Category

A product category refers to groups of products that offer similar benefits. The idea is to categorize your products as a part of a group. 6. Pricing

Price is the amount of money the customer has to pay for a product. ZenBasket admin provides 3 options for pricing: price(per unit), wholesale pricing, and cost comparison.

  1. Price represents the amount per unit of the product.
  2. Wholesale pricing applies when a bulk order is placed. Wholesalers can buy products at a much lower price than normal customers. To avail of wholesale prices, customers must have a wholesaler account.
  3. Cost comparison - When a cost comparison price is entered, it is displayed as a strikethrough price above the sale price(current price). This acts as a reference so that the customer knows how much he/she saved by availing of this offer.

7. Weight Unit/Weight Count

Weight Unit denotes the weight of a product. ZenBasket provides a lot of weight units to choose from, like, lb, oz, count, gal, box, pack, case, serving, etc.

Example: Apple Fruit Juice 16.9 oz is a product, here oz refers to the weight unit.

Weight Count When a product is added to the cart, a customer needs to specify the number of products to be ordered. Weight Count is a number from which the quantity begins at the storefront when a customer adds the product to the cart. Quantity can start as low as 0.25 or 1.

Example: Weigh count = 0.25. For vegetables and fruits, the quantity to start with can be 0.25, and if a customer clicks on the add button twice, the count will become 0.50.

8. Product Ribbons

Ribbons are colored horizontal labels that are displayed on product thumbnails and product details pages in your store. Product ribbons are used to highlight featured products on the storefront, whether it’s a bestseller, sale item, new product, or any other item that deserves a spotlight. Any text can be put on ribbons like Bestseller, 30% Off, New, Festival offer or Free Shipping.

9. Replace /Remove

Example: If a user had chosen Replace option and ordered an Atta of ‘ABC’ brand which is unavailable at that moment, a replacement of ‘XYZ’ brand Atta will be delivered.

When the Replace/Remove option is enabled and the ordered product is unavailable, a customer can ask for a similar product as a replacement. Customers will see this option at checkout and can choose between Don’t Replace and Replace Items.
