A product ribbon is a colored label with text displayed over product pictures on your storefront. Product ribbons put the spotlight on featured products, a bestseller, sale items, new products, or any other item that needs to be highlighted or grab your customers’ attention. This helps customers find what they need faster and improves sales.

Benefits of Ribbons include highlighting products on sale, marking bestsellers or items with top reviews, introducing new arrivals, offering to pre-order products, etc

How to add Ribbons?

  1. In the Products menu, choose the Ribbons sub-menu.
  2. Click on Add Ribbon.

  3. Choose any one of the four layouts available and then enter the ribbon details like Ribbon Name, Description, Ribbon Color and Ribbon text color.
  4. Click Save.

How to add ribbons to products?

Ribbons can be added while creating a new product or while editing an existing product.

  1. In the Products menu, choose the All products sub-menu.

  2. Click on the Add Product button. Enter the product details and click on Add Ribbon(in case of a new product)

  3. In the case of an existing product, click on the edit icon and click Edit Ribbon.

  4. Choose the ribbon Name and the position of the ribbon on the product picture.

  5. Click Save and click Next. After filling in all the necessary details of the product. Finally, click Save to save the product.

  6. Now the product is updated successfully and products are displayed with ribbons on the product page in the storefront.
