Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) pages are the biggest time savers in customer service. FAQs answer common questions that customers usually have regarding a store. This helps you avoid answering repetitive questions from your customers.
In ZenBasket you have the store FAQ section and product FAQ section.
Store FAQ
The Store FAQ section allows you to set up the most frequently asked questions regarding the general details of your store like shipping options, return policies, payment options etc. You can search, view, edit or delete any FAQ from the FAQ page. You can also utilize the “Sort FAQ” button to rearrange the questions.
Add Store FAQ

Choose the Settings menu and then in the Forms & FAQ Settings section, click on the FAQ Settings card.

To add FAQ questions about your store, select the Store FAQ tab and click on the Add Store FAQ button.

Enter the Question and Answer. Finally click Save. You’ll now find your FAQ added to the FAQ list.

To view, edit or delete any FAQ, click on the corresponding icons under Actions against each FAQ.
Export Store FAQ Section

To export the FAQs, click on the Export Icon to download the questions & answers as an excel file. While exporting you have to choose one of two export options:

Export all data in the current page - To export FAQ questions for a particular range mentioned at Items per page.

Export all the data -To download all the FAQ questions in the product FAQ section without any range.

Then click on “Start Export”.
Import Store FAQ Section

To Import new questions, click on the Import Icon to upload the questions & answers from an excel file.

Click on the Sample template link in the Import FAQs pop up box to download the Sample Template which comes with a set of default questions & answers as the sample.

Enter the FAQs in the excel sheet and save it.

Now click on the Add File button and select the excel file from your local drive(location where you have saved the excel sheet).

Add your description and click Upload. The FAQs are automatically imported to your online store.
Product FAQ
Customers always have multiple questions in their mind while purchasing a product like material, size, waterproof, etc. When you clearly answer those common questions for every product, you can avoid repetitive questions from your customers.
Add Product FAQ

Choose the Settings menu and then in the Forms & FAQ Settings section, click on the FAQ Settings card.

To add FAQ questions about your products, select the Product FAQ tab and click on the Add Product FAQ button.

Enter the question and answer. Then Select Products from the drop down to choose the respective products for that FAQ. You can view, edit or delete the FAQ by clicking on the corresponding icons under Actions. You can also utilize the “Sort FAQ” button to reorganize the questions.
Export Product FAQ Section
- You can export the product FAQ section. Click on the Export Icon to download the questions & answers as an excel file. While exporting you have to choose your export option:
