A Brand shapes the way people see a company, its products, or individuals. Products of the same brand have a common name or logo that makes them unique. Shoppers may search for products from a specific brand. So, adding Brands to the products will give a better shopping experience.

Adding Brands

To add a brand in ZenBasket:

1. In the Products menu, Select the Brand sub-menu. A list of brands that have been created previously is displayed.

2. Click on the Sort Brand button to rearrange the order of Brands.

1. Click and drag the brands in the order of your preference.

2. Click the Save Button after sorting the Brand.

1. Click Add Brand.

1. Enter the Brand Name, Search Keywords, Description and Image A good description may include some of the best features and solutions the brand may provide to the customers.

2. Accepted formats for images are jpeg, jpg, png, gif & webP.

3. Click Save

Adding Brands in bulk

1. In the Products menu, Select the Brand sub-menu and Click on the Import icon

1. Click on the link Sample template on the pop box that appears. An Excel sheet gets downloaded.

1. Enter the details like Brand Name, Search keywords, Description and Image name along with the file extension(.jpg or .png) in the sheet and Save.

1. Click Add File. Browse and select the excel sheet from the local drive.

2. Click Upload to add all the data to the Brands.

Bulk Edit

1. In the Products menu, Select the Brand sub-menu.

2. To export the Brands, click on the Export Icon to download an excel file. While exporting, you have to choose one of two export options: Export all data in the current page - To Export all the Brands for a particular range mentioned at Item per page Export all the data - To download all the Brands without any range.

1. Edit the details and save the file.

2. Click Import.

3. Click Add File. Browse and select the excel sheet from the local drive.

4. Click Upload to add all the data to the Brands.

Assign Products to the Brand (Two ways)

1. While adding Brands:

2. In the Products menu, Select the Brands sub-menu.

3. Click +Add Brand button.

4. Enter the Brand details and Click the Products tab.

1. Click Add Product.

1. The products can be sorted based on the product’s name in the alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order. You can also sort them based on recently created first, recently created last, recently updated first or recently updated last.

   

2. Choose the products to be added to a particular Brand from the checklist displayed. Click Save.

3. The brands are automatically added to the particular added Products in the product list page.

4. Click the remove product button to eliminate the product from the brand.

While adding products:

1. In the Products menu, select the All Products sub-menu.

2. Click Add Product.

3. Enter the details of the new product to be added. Here, Choose the Brand from the dropdown. So, this product is automatically assigned to the chosen option.

4. Click Save.

Edit /Delete Brands

1. In the Products menu, Select the Brand sub-menu.

2. Click on the Edit icon to edit the brand, such as the brand name, brand image, search keywords, description, and to add or remove products from the brand.

3. Click on the Remove icon to remove the particular/individual brand. If you want to remove all categories, Select the brand image in bulk and click the Remove button to delete them in bulk.
