Dashboard
ZenBasket is a powerful data-driven platform with the aim to help you manage and measure your business performance in an organized fashion. Take advantage of the Dashboard to access or export informative reports that help understand sales patterns and customer behavior for consistent growth impact.
Navigation Bar
The navigation bar is a collection of icons that, when clicked, will execute different actions depending on their function. There are five icons on the top: Storefront, Help and Support, Failed Orders, New Order Notification and User Profile.
1. Storefront
Click the storefront icon to view how your store appears to customers. Whenever you make changes to the look and design of your store, or update the product listings, you can check how those changes appear from a customer’s perspective.
2. Help and Support
Click the questionicon to view Help Center, Videos, Blogs and Contact Us. The help center navigates to help page, Videos navigates to training video page, Blogs navigates to ZenBasket blog section, and contact us page finally.
3. Failed Order Payments
Click on the cart icon to view all the failed order payments. A list of all failed orders is displayed along with details like Order Id, Customer Name, Total Amount, Captured Amount, Status, Payment Plugin Name and date.
4. Notifications
Click on the notification icon to view the new order list, expired order list, Pre-ordered orders list and new queries. You can choose from three options in the drop-down.
New Orders
Clicking on the Orders will navigate to the Order list page where you can view the list of all the new orders received by your store. The list of orders gives you details on the order details, customer details, payment/ order status, order amount and shipment type.
Here you can View, Edit or Delete the orders with the help of icons given under the Actions label in the list.
Expired Orders
Click on the Expired Orders option to view the list of expired orders. Order expiry refers to the time period within which a customer is expected to complete the checkout process and submit payment for their order. This can be useful for preventing inventory from being tied up by unpaid orders and ensuring that merchants can manage their stock levels effectively.
To have this feature enabled, go to Settings and then under the Business settings section choose the Order Settings. Scroll down to find the Order Expiration Days section. Enter the Order Expiration Days and the Order Expiration Warning Days and click on Update.
Pre-ordered Orders
Click on the Pre-ordered Orders option to view the list of all newly preordered orders. Pre-ordering involves placing an order for an item that is currently unavailable for purchase or out of stock in the store. The purpose of pre-ordering is to indicate customer interest and guarantee their reservation, ensuring they receive the item promptly once it becomes available.
To enable this feature on your store, purchase a Pre Order from the plugins.
New Queries
Click on the Queries option to view the list of all the new queries raised by your customers along with details like customer name, contact number, email id, and posted date. Click on the View icon to view the queries in detail.
Reports in ZenBasket
Analyze and understand the buyer’s persona and sales funnel using categorized reports in the Dashboard. It includes
Revenue Details : Details like Shipping charges, Tip, Tax amount and Refunds that contribute to the overall revenue of the store. You can filter it out using the dropdown.
Reports
Revenue : Displays report on sales for a specific period for a location of your choice.
Products : Visual representation of total products sold along with sales made for each product.
Orders : Exhibits the summary of the number of orders with total income for every day.
Offers : Displays the total number of active and expired offers. The offers report gives details of all the promo codes and the number of orders and revenue generated for each promo code.
Customers : Displays customer details, number of orders and total revenue generated by each customer.
Products Import Status : Displays the import and export logs of data in various modules like products, brands, categories, etc.
Steps to get started with ZenBasket
ZenBasket provides a series of steps to follow to create an intuitive store before you make your first sale. Each step is a link that navigates you to complete some basic operations to open your store. As you complete each step, it gets checked so you can keep track of the remaining processes to be completed.
Note: This section will no longer be visible once all the steps have been successfully completed.
Google Analytics Integration with ZenBasket
Connect ZenBasket with powerful “Google Analytics” services to access Active users, Last week’s visitors, New users and Mobile visitors. Collect this information to convert your viewers into customers.
To-do List
The to-do list displays information about orders awaiting payments, orders processed & ready to be packed and orders packed & ready to be shipped. When you click on the card, it navigates you to the All Orders page.
Subscription Plans
The subscription plan card displays the current plan you have subscribed for.
When you click on the card, it navigates you to the Plans page that displays the list of plans and the subscribed plan along with the plan details.
The dashboard page also contains links to Theme Selection, Store Customization and Advertisement.
