Store Testimonials
Storing testimonials in ZenBasket boosts brand credibility and displays customer reviews on the storefront, encouraging potential buyers to make informed decisions.
How to Display Customer Reviews?

To enable this feature in your control panel, navigate to Plugins in the main menu. Use the search bar to find the Testimonials plugin and click Activate to enable it.

The Store Testimonials display the Image, Customer Name, Ratings, Date, Publish Status, and Actions.

To add your Store Testimonial, click on the Add Testimonial button.

Enter Customer Name, Designation, and Feedback. Check the Publish Changes box, add an image, and include Ratings.

To add an image, click the Add Image button. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to either drag and drop the image from your folder or click the Browse Files button to upload the image.
Note: Accepted formats for images are jpeg, jpg, png, gif, and webp.
- Finally, click Save.

Now, click on the Edit Testimonial icon under the label Actions if you want to make any changes.
- Click on the Delete Testimonial icon to delete the specific testimonial.
- You may also Filter the list based on Status, Ratings and Created Date using the drop-downs.
- Click the Import icon. A dialog box will appear where you can enter the description, attach a file, and click the Upload button.

Click the Export icon. A dialog box will appear with export options. Select the desired option and click the Start Export button.

This is how your customer reviews look on the storefront.

You may change the design of the testimonials in the theme editor. For that go to the Design menu and click on Start Editing.

Click on the Add Section icon and choose Testimonials. There are a number of templates that you can choose from.

Click and Drag the template of your choice to the page preview on the right. Edit the template to customize the design of your customer testimonials.
- Once you’re done, click on the Save button to save the changes and click on Publish to see the changes on your website.
