ZenBasket uses ‘Import’ and ‘Export’ functionalities for bulk uploads and bulk downloads of data. Data includes product, order, or customer information that can either be uploaded from the computer to the zenBasket store or from the zenBasket store to the local drive in the computer. This information is downloaded or uploaded in the form of an excel file.
Now the import-export log gives information about the module with the date and time the data was imported or exported.
How to view the Import Export Logs?

In the Logs menu, Select the Import Export Logs Sub-menu. Click on the Import Logs tab. It shows the list of all imported data with details like Module Name, Description, the Date, Time of import and Actions etc.

When adding a file, if a description name is provided, it will be displayed in the list. However, if no description is provided, it will be shown as ‘Not Available’ in the list.

You can also search for the Module Name using the search bar in the Import Logs Tab.

In the case of errors, when you click on the ‘eye’ icon of a specific log, you will find details such as the Error Count, Module, and Created On date of each log. The Time and Error Message associated with the Import Error logs will also be listed.

Click on the Export Logs tab. It shows the list of all Exported data with details like Module Name, Description, Date and Time of Export, etc.

Click on the Filter icon to filter the list based on a time period by specifying the start and end dates for both Export and Import Logs. Once you’ve clicked on the icon, enter the relevant date range to narrow down the results.
