When you create an account on the ZenBasket e-commerce platform, you’ll be asked to provide basic information such as your name, email address, and password. Once you’re logged in, you can access your account information and make changes to your profile and account settings.

To access your account information,

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and choose My Account.

  2. The profile information card contains all the details like the Store admin name, email id, and contact number.

  3. Choose the notifications that you would want to receive by checking the boxes. Mail notifications, Mobile notifications or Push notifications.

    Note: Make sure you have enabled the corresponding plugins needed for these notifications. For example, enable Twilio in Third Party Plugins on the Plugins page to enable Mobile notifications.

  4. Wallet Details displays the wallet amount in your account. With your wallet amount, you can switch between plans and pay the balance amount apart from your wallet or pay the whole plan amount from your wallet.

  5. To change the profile details, click on the Change button in the Change Profile details card.

  6. You may change the profile name, email, and mobile number that is used to sign in to the store. Click Save to save the changes.

  7. With Two-step verification (also known as two-factor authentication), you can add an extra layer of security to your account in case your password is stolen. Enable the toggle to enable two-step verification for your store.

  8. Click on the Change button in the Change password card. Enter the current password and the new password. Confirm the new password by entering it again and finally click on the Change Password button. And your password is reset successfully.

  9. Click on the change button in the Update card section. Edit the billing information like the Name on the card, and the billing address. Finally, click Save to save the changes.
