Purchased Gift Card
Ecommerce gift cards contain a gift code assigned by the store using which your customers can redeem the card’s value. The code can be added on the checkout page while making the payment.
How to View the Details of Purchased Gift Cards?

In the Gift Cards menu, click on the Purchased Gift Card sub-menu.

A list of all purchased gift cards is displayed on this page. It includes details such as Recipient Name, Email ID, Purchased/Issued By, Purchase/Issue Date, Status, and Expiry Date.

To download the list as an Excel sheet, click on the Export icon at the top of the page.

Click on the Filters icon to filter the purchased gift cards based on the Purchased/Issued Date, Purchase/Issued By, Expiry Date, and Status.

To view the details of a specific gift card, click on the View icon.
Admin-Purchased Gift Cards

If the gift card is purchased by the admin, the following details are displayed: Coupon Code, Issued Date, Issued Price, Balance Amount, and a tag labeled Issued by Admin. The recipient details include the name and contact information of the person using the gift card.

A table with details of orders made with the gift card is displayed. It consists of details like Order Id, Ordered Date (purchased date), Purchased Amount and the Refund amount.

Choose a Date Range to filter the list based on the period.
Customer-Purchased Gift Cards

If the gift card is purchased by a customer, the following details are displayed: Coupon Code, Purchase Date, Purchase Price, Balance Amount, Purchaser Details, and Recipient Details.
How Can Customers Avail of Gift Cards?

After choosing products, click on Apply Gift Card on the cart page.

In the dialogue box, choose the available gift card and click on the Apply button.

Now the gift card discount is applied to the subtotal and the amount is deducted from the subtotal. Now the customer can pay the balance amount.

Now this order detail is added to the Purchased Gift Card details.
