The Settings menu provides the overall configuration for the store. There are four types of settings namely Store settings, Business settings, Forms & FAQ Settings and Notification settings.

Store settings Accept information in two ways- Store Details, Location Details, Zone Management and Registration Settings.

Store Details It allows adding basic business information such as store name, logo, industry type, currency, and Shop status(open/close) along with information regarding social media configuration and SEO details.

Location Details It allows adding information regarding store locations, Working time, Order Placing Time, enabling/Disabling Locations, etc.

Zone Management It allows adding zones for configuring taxes and shipping rates.

Registration Settings It allows adding custom fields to the signup form and security questions in case of recovering forgotten passwords.

Adding Store Details

  1. From the ZenBasket Admin, choose the Settings menu.
  2. On the settings page, click on Store Details.

  3. Add the General information like the Company Logo, Favicon, store Name, Email and Contact number. Choose the Industry Type from the drop-down. The Website Display name and store currency is already set during the set up process. So it cannot be modified. Add the Taxation Id. Click on the down arrow to mention whether your shop is open/closed.

  4. In the SEO Details section, enter the Search keywords and SEO description. SEO helps make your online store more visible on the search engine result pages.
  5. The address details are set during the set up process.
  6. In the Social Media Details section, enter the links corresponding to social media accounts URLs.
  7. Finally, click Save.
