Personalized Products

Personalized Products let customers personalize items with their own images or text, creating a more engaging shopping experience. This encourages stronger connections and increases the chances of repeat business.

To activate this feature in your store, go to the Plugins menu and then select Plugins List.

On the Plugins page, click on Product, search for Personalized Product and click the Activate button.

How Add this Feature to the Product?

  1. In the Products main menu, Select the All Products sub-menu.

    Note: You can add this feature to existing or new products.

  2. To edit a product, click the Edit icon for the item you wish to customize.

  3. On the product details page, go to the General tab, and check the Personalized Product check box to allow customers personalize products.

How Personalized Product Works on the Storefront?

  1. Customers will see a Personalize button for products with the personalization feature enabled.

  2. Clicking the Personalize button opens a pop-up.

  3. Enter the desired text, select a text color, choose a style, and pick a font family.

  4. Click the Upload Text button to upload the text.

  5. To add an image, click the Upload Personalized Image icon and upload the desired image. Finally, click Save.

For Customers:

  1. After uploading the custom image, click Add to Cart.

  2. On the checkout page, select a delivery method and proceed to payment.

  3. Click Buy Now to complete the purchase of the customized product.

  4. To view recent orders:

    Click My Profile at the top and select My Orders. On the orders page, find your most recent order and click View Details to see the order details.

  5. In the Order Item section:

    Click Add-On Details to view the custom image you uploaded.

While the order is in the New status, you can add modifiers or delete the item.

For Admins:

  1. Log in to your store’s admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Orders in the main menu and select All Orders.

  3. Locate the desired order and click the View Order Details icon.

  4. In the Order Products section:

  5. Click the Personalized Product button to view the uploaded image.

  6. To download the image, click the Download button.

  7. Once the image is downloaded, proceed to complete the order.
