How to Integrate RazorPay Payment with your ZenBasket Store?

  1. To enable Checkout.com, go to the Plugins menu, click on Plugins List, navigate to Payment in the list, find Checkout.com, and click Activate.

  2. After enabling the Checkout.com plugin, click on the Settings icon associated with it.

  3. If you have an existing Checkout.com account, provide the Access Key ID, Public API key, and Secret Access Key.

  4. Enable the Is Production toggle to activate Checkout.com for live transactions.

  5. Click on the Save button to confirm your Razorpay configuration.

  6. When customers place an online order through ZenBasket, they have the option to save their card details for future use. Additionally, they can set the saved card as their default payment method.

  7. To complete the order, customers need to click on the Pay Now button.

  8. After successful payment the order will be listed on the All Orders page.

  9. To remove old card details, customers can simply click on the Remove icon.

  10. Customers can add new card details by clicking on the Add New Card Details option.

  11. Customers can cancel a saved card at any time.

  12. To manage orders effectively, click the View icon to view the order status.

  13. Orders in the New status can be canceled as long as they remain in this status.

  14. When the order status changes to packed, you will receive the payment amount from the customer.

  15. A full refund option will be available at this stage. Any hold amount will be automatically refunded.

  16. After order delivery, customers become eligible for partial or full refunds.

  17. Change the fulfillment status accordingly.

  18. Use the partial refund if part (a few items) of the order is returned and enter the desired amount and reason for a partial refund.
