1. To view the customer’s subscribed plans, click on the Subscribed Plans menu under the Product Subscription menu.

  2. Under the Bundle Subscription tab, you can view the subscription name, customer name, status, and delivery frequency for customers who chose the bundle subscription.

  3. Under the single subscription plan tab, you can view the information of customers who chose the single subscription option.

  4. Click on the Eye icon to view the subscription orders of the customer.

  5. You can see the basic details of the next order under the upcoming order tab.

To view the subscription details of the forthcoming order, click on the eye icon under the actions tab. On that page, it has information such as customer details, subscription details, general details, subscribed products, and the Order invoice.

  1. You can reschedule the forthcoming subscription order date, by clicking on the Reschedule button on the subscription detail page.

  2. To immediately place an upcoming order, just click the Cart icon under the Actions tab. And if you decide to skip the next order, you can choose to click the Skip button instead.

  3. The details of processed orders can be found in the Moved Orders tab, while the orders that have been skipped are displayed in the Skipped order under the Processed Subscription.

  4. Click on the eye icon under Actions to view the processed subscription order in detail.

  5. This page shows the Customer details, Order details, payment, Order status, Ordered items, subtotal, Shipment type and additional information.

You can cancel the subscription anytime by clicking on the Cross icon on the Subscribed Plans page and utilizing the Search bar To search for a specific subscription plan.
