ZenBasket Partner Program – Terms of Service (Summary)

  • You earn revenue share only for merchants who remain on an active paid plan.

  • Commission percentages apply according to the current revenue-share policy.

  • If a merchant upgrades or downgrades, the commission rate updates automatically.

  • Your account must always be in good standing to continue earning.

  • ZenBasket may update program terms, benefits, and commission structures with notice.

  • Fraudulent activities, policy violations, or misuse may result in removal from the program.

As a ZenBasket Partner, your earnings come from recurring revenue share based on the subscription plan your merchant chooses. You earn this commission every month, for as long as the merchant stays on a paid ZenBasket plan.

How Your Earnings Work

  • Earnings are eligible for payout once the merchant has maintained an active, paid ZenBasket subscription for two consecutive billing cycles after their first successful payment.

  • If a merchant upgrades or downgrades their plan, your earnings automatically adjust to the new percentage from the next month onward.

  • You continue earning as long as:

  • The merchant remains on a paid ZenBasket plan

  • Your Partner Account remains in good standing

  • The revenue-share policy stays in effect

Note: Commissions are only paid for active, paid subscriptions. If a merchant cancels or suspends their plan, commission payments will stop immediately for that account.

3. Getting Paid

How your earnings are calculated

Your earnings are calculated based on the subscription plan selected by each merchant you onboard to ZenBasket. Every active, paying merchant generates a monthly commission for you, and the percentage you earn depends on their plan. Earnings are calculated only for active subscriptions that have met eligibility requirements, and commissions stop if a merchant cancels, or suspends their plan. Final payouts may also be adjusted for taxes, fees, refunds, or chargebacks where applicable.

Partner Earnings Breakdown

Your earnings depend on the plan your referred merchant subscribes to:

  • Standard Plan: You earn 22% of the monthly subscription fee.

  • Premium Plan: You earn 25% of the monthly subscription fee.

  • Unlimited Plan: You earn 27.5% of the monthly subscription fee.

If a merchant pauses or cancels their subscription, commissions stop for that account until the plan is reactivated.

Payout Timing and Thresholds

Payout Cycle
ZenBasket issues payouts once they meet the required threshold. Only commissions that have met the Minimum Active Period and are not under review for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are included.

Minimum Payout Thresholds

Payouts are released once your cleared commission balance reaches:

  • USD $100 for global Partners paid in USD

  • ₹8,500 for India-based Partners paid in INR

If your balance is below the threshold, it will roll over to the next payout cycle.

Payment Methods and Currency

Payouts may be issued in USD, INR, or other supported currencies through selected payment providers.
Partners are responsible for bank fees, currency conversion charges, and applicable taxes.

Managing your payout method

To receive your earnings, Indian partners must provide bank transfer or UPI details. For US partners, ZenBasket processes payouts through ACH. You can update or change your payout details anytime through your dashboard.

Tracking your earnings and managing payouts

You can track your commissions and payout status by visiting the Payout Logs in your Partner Dashboard. This section shows the income you’ve already earned, pending payouts, and your current balance toward the payout threshold.

As a Partner, you may add approved ZenBasket branding to your materials, but only within the official guidelines. You must not copy or imitate ZenBasket’s website, dashboard, or brand identity, nor use “ZenBasket” in your business name, domain, social handles, ads, or keywords without written permission. All logos, trademarks, and creative assets remain ZenBasket’s intellectual property, and may only be used as provided. Any misuse, modification, or misleading use of the brand is prohibited, and ZenBasket may request removal of non-compliant materials. Partner-created content can be used by ZenBasket for marketing under a royalty-free license, and branding must never appear in deceptive or inappropriate contexts.

Your Partner Dashboard gives you access to tools that support your client work:

  • Client store access tools, allowing you to maintain the merchant stores securely.

  • Maintenance access

Maintenance access allows you to enter a merchant’s ZenBasket store to handle updates, fixes, or configuration changes without affecting their staff limit. With this access, you can work only on the specific sections that require maintenance, ensuring secure and limited entry rather than full store permissions.

This helps partners manage ongoing store upkeep efficiently while keeping merchant access controlled and protected.

These tools help you work efficiently, deliver professional projects, and troubleshoot effectively.

Step 5: Build and Update Your Portfolio

A strong, updated portfolio showcases your capabilities to potential clients.

Include:

  • Examples of past ZenBasket projects.

  • Descriptions of your services. (design, development, setup, optimization, etc.)

  • Visuals that highlight UI/UX improvements or custom features.

5. Taxes

All fees paid to Partners are exclusive of taxes. It is the Partner’s responsibility to report and pay any taxes applicable to their earnings. Partners are also required to provide any tax documentation reasonably requested by ZenBasket to ensure compliance.

Global Tax Compliance

Partners must submit all necessary tax documentation, which may include forms such as W-8BEN, W-9, GST registration details, or other region-specific documents as required by ZenBasket or local law. ZenBasket reserves the right to withhold taxes from payouts, delay payments, or temporarily suspend account access until the required documentation is correctly submitted. This ensures compliance with global tax regulations while maintaining smooth operations for all Partners.
